Straight answers about how our marketing works, what it costs, how long it takes, and whether it’s right for your concrete business.

Yes. We work exclusively with concrete contractors — driveways, patios, stamped concrete, flatwork, and commercial concrete work. We made a deliberate decision to focus on one industry. Every strategy, keyword, and ad we write is built around how concrete customers search and hire. We’re not learning your industry on your dime.
Yes — we work with concrete contractors across the United States. While we’re based in Elk River, Minnesota, everything we do is digital. All strategy sessions, reporting, and communication happen virtually. Location doesn’t affect what we can do for your business.
We work with solo operators, small crews, and mid-size concrete companies. The common thread isn’t size — it’s that they’re serious about growing and willing to invest in marketing that works. We’ve worked with contractors doing $200K who want to hit $500K, and operators doing $1M+ who want to scale further.
That’s the most common thing we hear. Most contractors have paid a generalist agency, got reports full of clicks and impressions, saw no real increase in leads, and gave up. The difference here is we only measure what matters — leads, booked estimates, and cost per job. And we only work with concrete contractors.
A concrete driveway runs $4,000–$12,000. A patio or stamped project can run $8,000–$25,000. If a marketing system generates even 2–3 additional jobs per month, the return is significant. The question isn’t whether marketing is worth it — it’s whether you’re spending it in the right places.
Regular SEO focuses on ranking your website pages in Google’s organic results — the blue links below the map. Local SEO focuses specifically on ranking in the Google Map Pack — the three listings with the map above those results. For a concrete contractor, the map pack is often more valuable. We handle both and they reinforce each other.
It depends. If your current site loads fast, works well on mobile, has clear calls to action, and supports SEO — we can work with it. If it’s slow, hard to update, or built without SEO structure, we’ll recommend a rebuild. We’ll audit your site on the discovery call and won’t recommend a new website if you don’t need one.
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization — getting your business cited when AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity answer questions about local contractors. A growing number of homeowners ask AI instead of Googling. Most concrete contractors have zero AI search presence right now — there’s a real first-mover advantage. We include GEO with our SEO service.
Google Ads generate leads immediately but stop the moment you stop paying. SEO builds organic rankings over time — slower but leads don’t cost per click once you’re ranking. If you need leads now, ads make sense while SEO builds. Most contractors run both — ads fill the pipeline short-term while SEO builds long-term.
It makes sure every lead gets an instant response whether you’re on a job site or asleep. The moment someone fills out a form or calls and you miss it, an automatic text goes out within seconds. Leads land in a simple pipeline. All conversations are in one inbox. Appointment reminders go out before estimates. Every lead is tagged with where it came from.
Each service works on its own — you don’t need to buy all five. That said, they reinforce each other: SEO drives traffic, a good website converts it, ads fill gaps, local SEO handles the map pack, and the follow-up system makes sure no lead goes to waste. We’ll recommend what makes sense for your budget and goals.
Our SEO pricing depends on your market size, competition, and what work needs to be done. We don’t publish flat-rate pricing because a solo contractor in a rural market has very different needs than a full-service company in a major metro. A single additional driveway job per month typically covers the cost. Book a discovery call and we’ll put together a specific proposal.
We typically recommend $1,500 to $2,500 per month in ad spend to start — separate from our management fee. That’s enough to generate meaningful data and consistent leads without burning budget on an unproven setup. In highly competitive markets, a higher budget may be needed. We’ll give you a market-specific recommendation on the call.
Website pricing depends on scope — number of pages, build from scratch vs redesign, content readiness, and integrations needed. We’ll assess your current site on the discovery call and give you a clear quote. If your existing site just needs improvements rather than a full rebuild, we’ll tell you that too.
SEO is an ongoing service — stopping after two months is like quitting the gym before you see results. We ask for an initial commitment that gives SEO enough time to work. Outside of that, we keep agreements reasonable. We’d rather earn your continued business by producing results than lock you into a contract.
For some services there is an onboarding component — particularly for ad campaigns, new websites, and the lead follow-up system — because there’s significant upfront work before the ongoing service begins. We’re transparent about one-time vs ongoing costs and will lay that out clearly in any proposal.
It’s a 30-minute conversation — no pitch deck, no slide presentation. We look at your current Google rankings, Google Business Profile, website, and competitors. We identify where leads are slipping away and tell you exactly what we’d do to fix it. At the end you’ll have a clear picture of where you stand and what a realistic engagement looks like.
Minimal once we’re running. Onboarding requires your attention — we need your services, service area, photos, and account access. After that, most work happens on our end. Ongoing, most clients spend 15–30 minutes a week reviewing their lead pipeline and our monthly report.
For most services: access to your Google Business Profile, website admin login, your service list and service area, existing project photos, and your Google Analytics and Search Console accounts. For ads we also need Google Ads access. We’ll walk you through all of it during onboarding — it’s a clear checklist.
You get a detailed monthly report showing keyword rankings, traffic, leads generated, and cost per lead. For ad campaigns we provide weekly updates in the first 90 days. Day-to-day communication is via email — we’re responsive and don’t make you chase us. If something needs a call, we schedule one.
Yes — we do this regularly. We audit everything the previous agency set up, identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s actively hurting results. For ad campaigns we often find significant wasted spend in the first 30 days. We rebuild on a clean foundation and take it from there.
Honestly — 3 to 6 months before you see strong results, with some early movement in months 2 and 3. SEO takes time because Google needs to crawl, index, and evaluate your site against competitors. Anyone promising faster results is cutting corners or not being straight with you. The results you build over 6 months keep paying off for years.
Every lead is tracked back to what generated it — organic search, Google Ads, map pack, Facebook, and specific keywords. You get a monthly report showing leads generated, cost per lead, and month-over-month comparison. We don’t report impressions or clicks as success metrics. We report on leads and what produced them.
No — and anyone who guarantees specific Google rankings is not telling you the truth. Google’s algorithm is not something any agency controls. What we can do is show you a realistic projection based on your market and current position. We’ve consistently moved contractors to page one, but we won’t promise outcomes we can’t guarantee.
We have transparent monthly reporting so you can see what’s moving and what isn’t. If something isn’t performing the way it should, we address it proactively. We’ll tell you what we’re changing and why. If after a fair period the results aren’t there, we’ll have an honest conversation about whether the engagement still makes sense.
We’re building our concrete contractor client base now and don’t yet have a full library of named case studies. What we do have is real anonymized campaign results on our Results page. On the discovery call we’ll build you a strategy specific to your market right on the call — which is more useful than any case study.
