GlassWorks Auto Glass of Tulsa, OK already had a great website that was generating some leads for the business. However, the business owner wanted to increase website traffic and get a better understanding of where his phone calls and website forms were coming from so he could understand his online audience better.
We optimized nearly 20 pages for the business to rank for high traffic keywords that people search for in his local area when they are in need of car window repair or replacement. Then we installed and customized Google Analytics and paired it up with a few other tools to get an understanding of where all of his website traffic was coming. We also created events within Google Analytics that tells us when a visitor clicks on a phone number in the website, what page the phone number was on and the traffic source that led to the click to call. We also did this with all emails sent to the business from the website. Furthermore, we set up goals so we could understand a visitors path when it comes to filling out a form on the website.
